this was something i was working on like 2 weeks ago. was trying to come up w/ some creature concepts n this one was by far one of my favorites that day. decided to paint this up last week I believe and the original concept I had for the colors came out totally different at the end. I guess you could say the coloring took a life of its own once i started haha. well hope you enjoy!;)

Got this urge to draw Naruto doing a Rasengan. Hope you all enjoy!;) Wasn't planning on painting him w/ all the red chackra flowing around him but I'm glad I did. Messed around w/ the brush settings a bit more and I think I'm getting closer to finding my prefered setting :)

Here's a drawing I did of Stitch earlier this week, you'll notice the line shading is a little griddy but it was intentional. I use to do that way back in my younger days but move on to try out other shading techniques. Since I've noticed some art pieces being done that way lately, decided to try it out again w/ a few minor adjustments. Well hope you enjoy!;)

This is one of my original concepts, a dragon w/ an angler on his head emitting light from his fins...I decided to name the best...the "Angler Dragon." Pretty forward isn't it?;) This is actually an old drawing but i decided to redraw n repaint from scratch. Kind of happy w/ how the light reflections came out, took me a while to get it to work too haha. Well enjoy!

Took me a while to do since I've been lookin up tutorials and trying to mess around w/ the brush settings. Still need to add the hair highlights but other than that...enjoy!

Redesigned Characters

Those of you into video games and comics should recognize these characters from the get go, but for those of you who aren't that familiar they are:

-Bowser from "Mario Bros"
-Green Goblin from "Spider-Man"
-Venom from "Spider-Man"

Since I'm practicing on Character Designing, I figured I'd take existing characters and redesign them in my own style. These drawings were done earlier this year but I've touched up the painting further and smoothed out the line work, enjoy!

This is a drawing I did for a dear cousin of mine recently for her 18th birthday, it so happens that she's a big fan of Jasmine. Drew this in paper n later scanned n cleaned up in Photoshop, vectorized the linework through Illustrator and then finally painted it all up in Photoshop. Took me about 4 1/2 hrs to finish through the whole process and I figured I'd share it w/ you guys as well since its one of best pieces I've produced so far, so enjoy!

Zanji is a member of the water tribe. Isolated from his clan during a fire nation assault, he lives alone in a frozen island. He bears grudges against the fire nation for the assault and his own tribe for leaving him and her little sister behind. As a result, he lost his little sister in the ocean carrying her little doll as a memento. He is neither good nor evil and follows his own path as an Ice Pirate. He travels to dry land for food and loves eating apples. Due to his constant use of ice bending rather than water, his hands have become numb and damaged which is why he wears the bandages.
